Morning groups for children 2 years - Kindergarten

from 9am – 1pm
extended hours from 1pm – 3pm.

Every child is a seed and very seed needs it’s time to grow. Having the time of a full term gives us the continuity we need to see that seed take root.

This is our goal and reason we offer full terms at TOCA.

We play! And there is nothing better than that.

Full Term TOCA will run from September 15th, 2025 - June 19th, 2026.
There is no TOCA on Thanksgiving week, November 24th - 28th.

Morning Group

Nature classes for children 2 years old & up to the age for kindergarten; minimum age is 22 months at semester begin.

Morning hours:     9:00am to 1:00pm
Extended hours:   1:00pm to 3:00pm

Tuition:
4 hours per day (9am-1pm)


2 days/week – $ 8880
3 days/week – $ 12876
4 days/week – $ 15680
5 days/week – $ 18252

Extended hours:
2 hours per day (1pm-3pm); in addition to morning group tuition.

Registration Info

  • 1. Before anything, please read our guidelines (see links above) and if anything is unclear or you have any questions related to the full term program, please contact us first.

    2. When you’re ready to commit and know your dates, fill out the form; if you’re new, you have to pay a one-time registration fee of $ 50.

    3. At the end of registration a non-refundable deposit is required (10% of the tuition, which is applied towards the last month’s payment).

    4. As soon as we receive your registration (and deposit), we will send you a confirmation email as well as an invoice for the remaining tuition and a clear payment schedule and payment terms.

    5. About a month before the season starts we will send out and important information email containing location & times, gear recommendations etc.

  • While we understand that circumstances change in your life, or that you just simply changed your mind, we are holding the spot for you until fall and by counting on your participation, very likely turning other families away.

  • Well, it depends when you cancel and which group you sign up for; please refer to the cancellation policy in the guidelines as well as the registration form. Please note that even if you are eligible for a refund, we cannot refund the fees our payment provider charges, as they no longer refund any fees charged.

  • We accept any major credit cards. The tuition installments (2-4 morning group) can be paid via credit card, ACH bank transfer, Venmo or Zelle.

  • Yes, we do! A discount of 15% of the sibling’s tuition is automatically calculated in the registration form and deducted from the total. The sibling’s tuition must be equal or less than the first child’s tuition for the discount to be activated.

  • The pricing quoted above is in correlation with the number of days chosen in the morning group.

    Parents can choose up to the number of days they chose for the morning hours for the extra hours (i.e. 4 days per week for mornings but 1-4 of those days with extra hours).

FAQs

  • The full-year gives us the chance to work with your child progressively and see its developmental process evolve through time. In addition you will get a guaranteed spot for the school year, discounted rates, spread out installments, less paperwork and best of all - no enrollment panic! Voilà!

  • Yes! Rain or shine. That said we keep an eye on the weather – if there is a thunderstorm forecast, or high winds we may have to cancel.

  • Jump in puddles! Generally the rain is not the issue, but the clothing the kids wear. If the kids have the proper gear, a rainy day can be a lot of fun. That said, there are days when the amount of rain and cold temperatures (and wind) make a day pretty miserable and we may have to cancel; as when there is a thunderstorm predicted or high winds.

  • We constantly keep an eye on the weather forecast and try to do our best to email you the evening before in case we have to cancel playgroup; but even with all technology avaialble a clear answer is not always possible the evening before, in which case we check the forecast again very early the morning of playgroup. If we need to cancel, we will send you a text.

  • Yes / with limitations / no.

    Yes, if we have to cancel (i.e. due to weather, air quality etc.)

    With limitations if it’s due to illness.

    No, if it’s due to travel, a scheduling conflict, or any other personal reason.

  • We meet inside the park near the 5th Street entrance. Pickup will be by the 3rd Street entrance.
